QEEG Brain Mapping in Delhi

See Your Brain. Understand Your Patterns.

Most of us spend our lives managing symptoms — anxiety, poor sleep, migraines, focus problems, emotional swings — without ever understanding what is happening underneath.

A QEEG brain map changes that. For the first time, you can see your brain’s electrical activity — which areas are overactive, which are underactive, and where the patterns that are affecting your life are coming from.

Not as a theory. As a map. Your map. Specific to you.

What Is QEEG Brain Mapping?

QEEG stands for Quantitative Electroencephalography. It is a non-invasive procedure in which sensors are placed on the scalp to measure the brain’s electrical activity across 19 channels simultaneously.

The resulting brain map is compared against a normative database — showing where your brain’s activity deviates from baseline and in which direction. This tells us not just that something is off, but exactly what, where, and how much.

It is the most detailed picture of brain function available outside a hospital setting. And it is the foundation of everything we do at Shunya Neurofeedback.

What Can a Brain Map Tell You?

  • Why anxiety, sleep problems, or focus difficulties persist despite treatment
  • The specific brain signature underlying migraines, emotional dysregulation, or burnout
  • Whether ADHD presentations are attention, hyperactivity, or combined — and what the brain actually needs
  • How stress and trauma have shaped the brain’s current patterns
  • What a personalised neurofeedback protocol should target

The Process

A QEEG brain mapping session takes approximately 60-90 minutes. Following the recording, a detailed report is prepared showing your brain map, the interpretation, and a personalised protocol recommendation.

The brain map is the starting point — for neurofeedback training, for understanding yourself more deeply, or simply for having answers that no other assessment has provided.

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone curious about their brain and why certain patterns persist
  • Parents who want to understand their child’s brain before deciding on interventions
  • Professionals dealing with burnout, brain fog, or performance plateau
  • Anyone whose symptoms have not been fully explained by standard medical assessment
  • Those considering neurofeedback who want to start with a clear picture
